When commissioning me, you agree and consent to my art style and method.

By commissioning me, you agree that I’m allowed to use the art as an example of my work in my galleries. If you don't want me to post your commission online, you have to notify me beforehand.

Characters on the commissioned artworks belong to their respective owners.

Feel free to post the artwork on every platform you want, as long as you keep my signature on.

I reserve the right to refuse to take commission for personal reason.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to poor communication or rude or inappropriate behavior.

No refunds after the commission is fully done. And let's be responsible adults and plan our finances before ordering commission so nobody has to go through the refund process. I can refund tho if art only 50% done

I work through my queue in order. If I take a batch of commissions, then I will work through them in order. If you require a rush image for a certain date, then please let me know.

Please inform me beforehand if you require a large format of image (for printing or something)

If you want to use my work commercially, we have to negotiate it before I start the commission.

I reserve the right to re-use sketches from canceled commissions, but will alter them so that they do not resemble your character.

Usage of my work for AI tools and machine learning or NFT is strictly prohibited.

Turnaround time is usually 1 – 5 weeks. I'm a working woman, and I draw in my free time after work and on weekends however I'll try to finish your commission as fast as I can. Sometimes life happens and I need more time, but I'll always notify you if the deadline changes

Will you work from text descriptions? - Yes! You can send me as much text description as you think is needed, also you can add pictures, screenshots, arts, moodboards etc. you think is going to be useful to describe your idea

Can I have my character art on transparent background? Yes I can send you .PSD art file but there only going to be 2 separated layers: character and background

Can I draw your characters or get art featuring them? - Sure!

Can I commission you for an image of / with your character(s)? - Sure! 30% discount to the total image cost.
